The Audemars Piquet 67605 BA Royal Oak Lady is completely covered with beautiful diamonds. A total of 699 (4 carats). The watch was of course beautiful enough by itself, but all those diamonds on the case and bezel really finish it off. This watch was produced in 2007 and has recently been serviced by AP. So the watch is still fairly new. In addition, there is a yellow gold strap on which is not included with every Audemars Piquet 67605BA Royal Oak Lady. Some of these watches have a rubber or leather strap.
