Cartier Tank Américaine 1713
The Cartier Tank Américaine ref. 1713 is a particularly elegant take on one of Cartier’s most recognisable designs. Introduced in the early 1990s, the Américaine brought the elongated, curved profile of the classic Tank Cintrée into a more modern and wearable form.
This ref. 1713 is crafted entirely in 18k white gold and measures approximately 19 x 35 mm. The curved case, silvered dial, black Roman numerals, railway minute track and signature blue cabochon create that unmistakable Cartier look!
Powered by Cartier’s quartz Calibre 157, it is a wonderfully understated piece! The white-gold version is also considerably less common than the yellow-gold examples, making the 1713 an especially attractive choice for the vintage Cartier collector.
