Here we have a rare classic from Tudor — the Prince Date Hydronaut, a bold and sporty diver produced from 1998 until 2012, before the Black Bay took its place.
The 41mm brushed and polished stainless steel case features sharp chamfered edges, drilled lugs, and a robust screw-down crown integrated with solid crown guards. Its unidirectional bezel sports deep knurling for grip, a silver insert with raised markers, and highlighted first 15 minutes for diving precision.
A sapphire crystal tops the silver dial with applied luminous hour markers, bold arrow and sword hands, and a date window magnified by a cyclops lens. Inside beats the reliable automatic ETA 2824-2 movement — 25 jewels, 28,800 bph, with hacking, hand-winding, and quick-set date functions.
The watch is fitted with a brushed and polished 20mm stainless steel Jubilee bracelet with a signed folding clasp and flip-lock, fitting wrists up to 20cm.
